BPOVO operates a physical store, warehouse, and an online store (www.bpovo.com). We ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate and represent the original products to avoid any ambiguity. BPOVO reserves the right to amend, change, or update this website and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon posting.
1. Returns & Refunds
- Products should be selected carefully. Refunds or exchanges are generally not provided.
- If the customer orders the wrong product, the customer will bear the return shipping costs if return is approved.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Consumables such as batteries, ribbons, paper rolls, labels, print heads, and similar items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
2. Warranty & Claims
At BPOVO, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. All products include a manufacturer warranty, and customers may purchase extended warranties for additional coverage.
2.1 Standard Manufacturer Warranty
- Most products come with a 3-month manufacturer warranty, unless stated otherwise.
- The standard warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- Some items come with a “check-only warranty”, meaning the product must be checked at the time of delivery/purchase.
Warranty does NOT cover:
- Misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
- Water or liquid damage
- Electrical faults or power surges
- Accidental or physical damage
- Burnt or tampered components
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
2.2 Extended Warranty
Customers may purchase an extended warranty beyond the standard 3-month period. For details, contact our sales team.
2.3 How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact BPOVO via email (sales@bpovo.com) or phone (0301-5874747).
- Provide your invoice/order number along with photos or videos showing the defect.
- Follow instructions from our support team to send the item for inspection or repair.
- After inspection, BPOVO will repair or replace the product according to warranty terms. Manufacturer decision is final for acceptance or rejection of warranty claims.
3. Order Cancellation
- Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
- BPOVO reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or incorrect information.
4. Shipping
- Shipping charges shown at checkout cover most locations; remote areas may incur additional charges.
- Delivery times vary by city; BPOVO is not responsible for courier delays.
- BPOVO ships nationwide across Pakistan.
5. Payment Policy
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Debit/Credit Cards
- Mobile Wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.)
- Bank Transfers
5.1 Payment Method Details
Credit/Debit Cards:
- Orders must be shipped to the billing address of the card.
- A secure payment page will appear to enter card details.
- Ensure all information is accurate before submission.
Bank Transfer / Mobile Wallets:
- Payment instructions will be provided after the order is placed.
- Please upload/submit proof of payment for order processing.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- COD is available nationwide.
- The order will be delivered to your doorstep, and payment is collected upon arrival.
Advance Payment:
- In case of order cancellation from BPOVO’s side, the advance payment will be refunded to the same account from which it was received.
- Ensure account details are accurate to avoid delays.
- Refund processing may take up to 7 business days.
6. General Policies & Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must verify product compatibility before ordering.
- BPOVO is not responsible for damage caused during incorrect installation by the customer.
- Warranty and returns require the original POS invoice or online order slip.
