- City Exclusivity: BPOVO will not engage the products in your designated area.
- All customer queries will be forwarded to resellers. Customers may be advised to contact resellers for making any purchases.
- Exclusive rights are only for 60 days as a trial period.
- Reseller should meet monthly minimum purchase requirements.
- Exclusivity continues only if the reseller remains active.
- Payments must be made in advance.
- No product will be dispatched until payment is confirmed.
- All products follow BPOVO's standard warranty policy.
- Resellers are responsible for handling warranty claims with their customers.
- No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
- Products cannot be sold below suggested prices without written approval.
- Resellers must use ethical selling practices.
