Reseller Terms & Conditions

• Reseller must provide correct business details for approval.
• Approved resellers will receive wholesale discounted prices.
• Wholesale pricing is confidential.
• City Exclusivity: BPOVO will not engage the products in your designated area.
• All customer queries will be forwarded to resellers. Customers may be advised to contact resellers for making any purchases.
• Exclusive rights are only for 60 days as a trial period.
• Reseller should meet monthly minimum purchase requirements.
• Exclusivity continues only if the reseller remains active.
• Payments must be made in advance.
• No product will be dispatched until payment is confirmed.
• All products follow BPOVO’s standard warranty policy.
• Resellers are responsible for handling warranty claims with their customers.
• No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
• Products cannot be sold below suggested prices without written approval.
• Resellers must use ethical selling practices.
• Resellers may use official product images and descriptions provided by BPOVO.
• Modifying logos or misrepresenting the brand is strictly prohibited.
• BPOVO may revise or terminate the reseller agreement for violations.
